U-City Starlight Free Outdoor Concert Series kicks off with the amazing Tiffany Elle on Monday, June 3rd, 2019 from 5pm-7pm @ Heman Park. Bring your family, friends, lawn chairs and coolers and enjoy some amazing music. There will be food trucks and other vendors to check out as well.
